Prince Pulls Trigger For Ohio State

Four-star Scout 100 offensive lineman Isaiah Prince became the second player to pick Ohio State today when he made his pledge at a ceremony at his high school.

Four-star Scout 100 offensive tackle Isaiah Prince is a Buckeye.

Prince became the second player to commit to Ohio State today, joining K.J. Hill, when he made his pledge this morning.

The Greenbelt (Md.) Eleanor Roosevelt offensive lineman picked the Buckeyes over Maryland and Alabama, giving OSU a pair of signing day wins over the Tide today.

Prince gives Ohio State a commitment from the nation's No. 74 overall player and No. 6 tackle. He stands 6-6.5, 290 and has prototypical size for the position.

"Prince is raw, but wildly talented and could develop into a cornerstone left tackle in college," Scout analyst Brian Dohn said. "He has tremendous length, moves his feet well and his explosive. He drives his legs and uses his long arms to initiate contact and keep the defensive player off balance. Prince is a very good athlete, but he needs to work on staying lower and also pass protection, where he has to develop his kick step."
