Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott issued an apology for his MSU postgame press conference.

Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott issued an apology Monday for some of his comments in a postgame press conference following the Buckeyes’ loss to Michigan State.

The junior running back, who asked for more carries and announced he’d be leaving for the NFL after this season, posted an apology to Twitter.

Earlier Monday, Meyer called Elliott a “tremendously loyal person” and said there would be no discipline forthcoming for the St. Louis native in regards to playing time against Michigan.
