Videos: Buckeyes Earn Rivalry Win

Ohio State won in dominating fashion and players and coaches spoke about the difference in the team this week compared to the 17-14 loss to Michigan State last weekend.

What a difference a week makes.

Ohio State hardly looked like the same team that fell 17-14 to Michigan State last week, dominating Michigan 42-13 on the road Saturday.

Ohio State players talked about that transformation and how it felt to win the program's fourth straight game against the Wolverines.

Following the loss to the Spartans Ezekiel Elliott made waves in criticizing the game plan and how the coaches used him against Michigan State. The running back, who had 30 carries for 214 yards and two touchdowns against the Wolverines, apologized for those comments when given the opportunity to make an opening statement at the postgame press conference.

Elliott received plenty of backlash for his remarks, he said, and though he apologized roughly 38 times according to head coach Urban Meyer, it was still something the running back had to deal with the week of the rivalry game. He spoke about what his week was like while Barrett talked about Ohio State's ability to learn from a loss.

While Elliott and Barrett had already started in a win over the Wolverines prior to Saturday's game, it was the first such opportunity for defensive end Tyquan Lewis. The sophomore spoke about what it meant to him to get his first significant action in The Game.

Part of the drastic offensive improvement from the game against Michigan State was attributed to the move of Ed Warinner from the sideline to the booth for the game against Michigan State. The offensive coordinator spoke about that change and the impact it made on the Buckeyes Saturday.

Barrett also spoke about the difference that having Warinner in the booth made while Elliott spoke about his big day and the fact that it moved him past Eddie George for second all-time on the Ohio State career rushing list.

Jalin Marshall scored a touchdown against the Wolverines on a great catch over the top of a Michigan defender. The receiver spoke about his grab and the increased tempo the Buckeyes were able to play with.
