Bank Blog: Buckeye Prospects At Under Armour

This year's edition of the Under Armour All-America Game will once again feature players that Ohio State is actively recruiting. Here is a look at the Buckeye targets in the game.

Ohio State annually has great representation in all the season ending high school all star games, but this year's Under Armour All-America Game features far more Buckeye targets than commits.

Which players will be in Orlando all week that Ohio State fans will want to track? Practices begin next Tuesday, and the game will be played on January 2.

Although Bosa is committed to Ohio State, he will not be participating the daily activities, due to an injury suffered late in the year. He will be on hand in Orlando, and it will be good to see how things are going with his rehab, and when he is looking to resume football activities.

It will be good to see Haskins on a daily basis, since he is probably the number-one target on Ohio State's recruiting board at this time. We will look to update Haskins' recruitment, and see what the last month holds for the four-star quarterback before National Signing Day.

Although Michigan remains the favorite for Gary, Ohio State is making a push behind new defensive coordinator Greg Schiano. As the nation's number-one overall prospect, Gary will have a lot of eyes on him every day at practice. We will look to clarify where he will take his remaining two official visits and when Schiano will be making his in-home presentation for the five-star defensive tackle.

While the big defensive tackle from Louisiana looks like he is headed to either Alabama or LSU, the Buckeyes have already hosted him for an official visit and remain high on his list. Are there any Ohio State home visits remaining with the five-star defensive tackle?

Miami definitely has the inside track to sign Bruce, but much depends on the Hurricanes retaining wide receivers coach Kevin Beard. Should head coach Mark Richt not retain Beard, and no decision has been made yet, it will throw things for a loop with Bruce. Ohio State has already received an official visit, and Bruce is high on the Buckeye receiving board.

Every year there are some really weird recruitments, and Craig is shaping up to be one for the 2015 recruiting class. Need to see how the Buckeyes are trending with Bruce, and if he has scheduled or plans to schedule an official visit. Have a feeling his commitment comes out of left field, and Urban Meyer has won these in the past.
