Ohio State’s 2017 recruiting class keeps on rolling.
Four-star athlete J.K. Simmons, the No. 111 overall prospect in the class of 2017, announced his commitment via a Twitter post on Sunday.
The La Grange, Texas, native holds offers from Arizona State, Baylor, Cal, Duke, Houston, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, SMU, Stanford, TCU, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M in addition to the Buckeyes.
He was on commitment watch for Oklahoma in mid-February but that pledge to the Sooners never materialized. Instead, he committed to the Buckeyes less than a month later having never stepped foot on Ohio State’s campus.
