Linebacker James Bryant is a player that would make a great addition to any class. The 6-3, 240 pound star runs the 40 in 4.4 to 4.5 and can play anywhere at LB.
"I play both inside and outside in high school but I prefer to play in the middle," he said.
James couldn't remember every player who was offered, so we asked him just about the Big Ten and he listed Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Purdue. When it comes to the Buckeyes though, James said "I haven't heard from them for a while."
Right now, James doesn't have things sorted out as far as favorites go, but he has an idea when he'd like to make an announcement.
"I don't know my top five," he said. "I'm going to take all my visits. I'm going to wait until after the end of the year."
"I hope to make my announcement during the Army All-Star Game. They've been in touch with me and told me they were going to interview me during the game and at halftime."
James also played basketball and track and is looking towards the season with optimism.
"We were 7-3 last year with a young team," he said. "Our whole backfield is back. We just have to get our line together. I have high hopes for this season."
