Ohio State’s impressive 2017 recruiting haul continued Monday with the commitment of a five star and a four star wide receiver.
Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas five star Trevon Grimes and Las Vegas Bishop Gorman four star Tyjon Lindsey both announced their intentions to play college football for the Buckeyes via a video released by Bleacher Report on Monday morning.
Grimes (6-4, 202) is the No. 24 overall player in the class of 2017 and the No. 3 receiver while Lindsey (5-8, 165), is the No. 37 overall player for the class and the No. 5 wide receiver.
Grimes and Lindsey are the 17th and 18th Ohio State commits for the class of 2017. The Buckeyes were in a good position with both players for a while, making neither commitment a surprise, and both Grimes and Lindsey were in Columbus for Ohio State’s Friday Night Lights camp in July.
