Ohio State defensive coordinator Greg Schiano received a misdemeanor citation after being involved in a collision last Thursday.

Ohio State defensive coordinator Greg Schiano was issued a misdemeanor citation for failure to obey a traffic-control device – or traffic light – Wednesday, according to multiple reports.

Schiano, in his first year with the Buckeyes, was involved in a collision last Thursday with a bicyclist in the campus area. According to reports, Schiano could face a fine of $55 and $97 in court fees.

The former Rutgers head coach has not missed any time at work and is expected to be on the sidelines when the Buckeyes take on his former team Saturday at noon.
