Friday Night Lights in Ohio will be reserved for high school football for at least one more season.
The Big Ten announced Tuesday afternoon the six games to be played on Friday nights next season, and Ohio State wasn't included in the slate.
The Friday night schedule will begin Sept. 1 when Rutgers hosts Washington and Wisconsin hosts Utah State. A week later Ohio University will play at Purdue. The Big Ten matchups begin with Nebraska at Illinois on Sept. 29 followed by Northwestern at Maryland on Oct. 13 and Michigan State at Northwestern on Oct. 27.
