Ohio State Offensive Lineman Kyle Trout Has Transferred To Cincinnati

Ohio State offensive lineman Kyle Trout announced that he is transferring to Cincinnati to play football for the Bearcats the next two seasons.

It turns out Torrance Gibson is not the only football player leaving the Ohio State program to play for Cincinnati. OSU offensive lineman Kyle Trout joins Gibson in the move to the Queen City.

A four-star prospect in the 2014 class out of Lancaster (Ohio) High School, Trout never saw significant playing time in his three seasons (one of which he redshirted) with the Scarlet and Gray. He will now play for former Ohio State defensive coordinator and linebackers coach Luke Fickell, who accepted the Cincinnati head-coaching position in December. Gibson announced his transfer in mid-January.
