Five star defensive tackle Marvin Wilson remains the top uncommitted prospect in the country, but is set to announce his collegiate destination on National Signing Day at 4 p.m. (ET) on ESPNU.
The problem with that however is that Urban Meyer's signing day press conference is scheduled for 3 p.m. If Wilson does in fact choose the Buckeyes, he will not be introduced as one of Ohio State's prospects at Meyer's presser.
Wilson is set to choose between Ohio State, LSU, Florida State, Oklahoma and South Florida. If the Buckeyes miss out on Wilson, it will be the second time in as many years they have missed on a top tier defensive tackle. OSU lost a recruiting battle to Michigan last year for highly touted prospect Rashan Gary.
Ohio State's recruiting class currently sits at an even 20 commits with Wilson, the highest remaining uncommitted player in the country, still on the Buckeyes board.
