It was quite the scene at Wayne High School today as linebacker Marcus Freeman made his announcement that he was committing to Ohio State (as well as the official announcement that he would be part of the U.S. Army All-American Game).
"I had to narrow it down to two," Marcus said. "I ruled out Michigan..."
(A loud cheer from the audience followed that statement).
"That brought me to Ohio State and Notre Dame. I sat down with parents, looked at the pros and the cons of each school, and it was a very tough decision, but I finally came to a decision of Ohio State University."
Marcus then picked up the OSU hat from the table in front of him and placed it on his head with the crowd cheering in the background.
