Visit plans change for Pettrey, Hunnicutt

Visit plans have changed for Raceland, KY kicker Aaron Pettrey and FL DE C.J. Hunnicutt.

C.J. Hunnicut (6-3, 220) from Bradenton (Fla.) Manatee will not make his scheduled visit to Ohio State next weekend.

The LB/DE prospect returned from a visit to South Florida this weekend and believes that the Buckeyes have lost interest in him.

"We're not going to make our trip to Ohio State," Hunnicut's mother said Sunday evening. "I spoke to coach (Jim) Heacock last week and they couldn't confirm an actual commitment to him in terms of a scholarship, so I see no need for us to come up there this late in the game."

Hunnicut has also visited Auburn and West Virginia. His mother says he does not have a favorite.

"No, they're all still in the running," she said. "He likes all three of them."

Raceland, KY kicker Aaron Pettrey had hoped to make a visit to Ohio State this weekend, but the trip has been postponed.

"I didn't get to come up," he said. "They wanted me to come up next weekend.

"I'm still waiting on them to finalize the details, but they wanted me to come when Coach Tressel was there. He was at the Hula Bowl this weekend."
