Honors Begin To Fall To Butler

One of several expected honors has come to Lima Shawnee point guard Jamar Butler -- an invitation to the inaugural Adidas High School Classic.

Although the official rosters have not been released, Mike Duncan, the head basketball coach of Butler's AAU team, reported on his website www.cdcaau.com, that Butler will in fact take part in the game.

The inaugural game will be held at Thompson-Bowling Arena on Friday March 26th. The classic will hold a girls all-star game at 5:30 pm that evening, while the boys game will begin at approximately 8:00 pm. A concert will be held immediately after.
