Wilson To Travel To OSU This Weekend

Big time offensive line prospect Ronnie Wilson of Pompano Beach, Florida has decided to take a trip to OSU this weekend. Duane Long caught up with him to find out more about his plans as well as the chances of a commitment.

Four-star offensive lineman Ronnie Wilson of Pompano Beach (Fla.) Ely has changed his visit plans regarding Ohio State.

"Yes, I have changed my plans with Ohio State," he said. "I'm going to be visiting this weekend. The others have not changed."

This will be an unofficial visit to OSU this weekend. Wilson is still planning an official visit for the Michigan game in November.

Wilson had also mentioned LSU, NC State and Pittsburgh as schools he had hoped to visit. He had NC State set for September 18 and Pittsburgh for October 16.

"I still plan on visiting LSU," he said. "I just haven't contacted them to make any arrangements. I still have not settled on anything for that fifth visit."

Don't expect any big news from Wilson this weekend when he comes to Columbus.

"My dad read on the Internet that I was coming up to commit to Ohio State," Wilson said. "That is absolutely not true."

As a matter of fact, Wilson said that a decision should not be expected anytime soon.

"I have always said I am going to take all five visits," he said. "That has not changed. That is definitely going to happen."
