Biddle Joins Bucknuts Full-Time

The Bucknuts Media Network is thrilled to welcome Dave Biddle to a full-time position. Dave has been a great help to us over the past two years in a part-time spot, and now we are excited to announce that he is coming on board with us full-time.

Bucknuts Media Network is proud to announce the hiring has of Dave Biddle as assistant editor.

Biddle, 28, has worked part time for Bucknuts since January of 2002 as a staff writer, contributing to and Bucknuts The Magazine.

In his new role, Biddle will become a much more regular contributor to and Bucknuts The Magazine as well as our sister Ohio high school properties, the web site and Ohio High magazine.

"I am truly excited to announce our hiring of Dave Biddle to a full-time position with the Bucknuts Media Network," said Bucknuts Media Network managing editor Steve Helwagen. "Dave has been a fixture on the Ohio State beat for more than three years and we feel he will bring new energy to all of our efforts.

"We think by adding Dave we can improve our efforts particularly in the area of Ohio State football and recruiting coverage. We also want to concentrate on OSU's Olympic sports as well."

Biddle was the sports editor of The Madison Press in London, Ohio for nearly five years (February 2000-December 2004). While at the Press, he won three Associated Press Awards, including two for Best Sports Writer.

Biddle also held the position of sports editor at the Kettering-Oakwood Times in Dayton, Ohio from July 1999-February 2000.

Biddle attended The Ohio State University from 1994-96. He is a 1999 graduate of Wright State University, where he was the sports editor of the campus newspaper The Guardian for two years. He is a 1994 graduate of Beavercreek High School near Dayton. He and his wife, Molly, live in Hilliard.
