"We are doing it live at 3:40 (p.m.) at the Akron Beacon Journal," Wilson said. "We're also going to have something at 4:30 at the school."
"I think Florida is kind of a darkhorse," he said. "It's pretty much down to Ohio State and Notre Dame."
Wilson originally committed to Notre Dame, but backed out after the firing of former coach Tyrone Willingham. However, he has been impressed with the new coaching staff and could very well sign with the Fighting Irish.
Whatever happens, he is just glad the recruiting process is almost over.
"Yeah, definitely looking forward to getting this over with," Wilson said.
A lot of players make their decision a few days before they formally announce it. However, Wilson says that is not the case with him.
"No, I have not made my decision yet," he said. "I am definitely still thinking it over."
What if Wednesday rolls around and he is still unsure?
"I think I'll be pretty sure by Wednesday," he said.
The coaches from OSU, ND and Florida are staying in close contact with Wilson.
"Yeah, I'm getting calls from all three schools every day," he said.
Ohio State checked in Sunday afternoon.
"Coach (Jim) Bollman called today," Wilson said. "I talk to Coach (Mel) Tucker a lot too. Sometimes Coach (Jim) Heacock."
Wilson was asked if Bucknuts.com should staff his announcement Wednesday.
"Sure, if you want to," he said.
Wilson is too smart to fall for a trick like that.
"Yeah," he said.
When asked if he was leaning to either Ohio State or Notre Dame, without giving away which school, Wilson replied: "No, not really."
Wilson, who had 77 tackles and 11 sacks as a senior at SVSM, either has a really good poker face, or is truly torn. But since he originally committed to the Fighting Irish, they are the slight favorite from this point of view.
