Thought you'd be able to catch a recruiting breather after signing day? It doesn't look that way. Ohio State started off the 2006 recruiting year in a hurry, offering at least six junior prospects on or since Wednesday, and we are in search of confirmation for even more than that. Plus, OSU will be hosting several junior visitors this weekend, so the news might not stop yet.
One player Ohio State extended an offer to is Cincinnati Colerain offensive lineman Conner Smith. Smith is the son of a former Buckeye and will be one of the top offensive line prospects in the state this year.
Courtesy of the Ohio News Network, we have some video of Conner Smith from last year's Division I Ohio state championship game. Smith wears No. 77 and plays both right and left tackle for Colerain. Commentary is by Tim Bray and ex-OSU offensive line great Jim Lachey.
