OSU Welcomes Prospects For Miami Game

Ohio State welcomed roughly 20 prospects for Saturday's season opener against Miami (Ohio). Included in that group were verbal commitments Jake Ballard and Kurt Coleman as well as Hudson, Ohio, offensive lineman Bill Nagy. Click here for more.

Verbal commitments in attendance included Jake Ballard and Kurt Coleman.

Others in attendance included:

Hudson OL-DL Bill Nagy. Nagy told Bucknuts.com's Gary Housteau at his game last night he has visits set to Wisconin Dec. 3 and Syracuse Dec. 10. He has had some discussion with OSU recently, he said.

Washington C.H. Miami Trace QB Miles Schlichter.

Bedford Chanel OL Cameron Wade.

Pickerington Central junior WR Terrence White.

Pickerington Central junior QB Chazz Anderson.

Huber Heights Wayne junior CB-TB Donnie Evege.

Pemberville Eastwood WR Craig Rutherford.

Macedonia Nordonia junior TB-CB Jordan Mabin.

Pittsburgh Woodland Hills WR Wes Lyons Jr., brother of current OSU WR Devon Lyons. Wes Lyons reportedly had two touchdowns in his team's win over Gateway Friday night. He has offers from Minnesota, OSU, Oklahoma and West Virginia and is also looking at Miami (Fla.).

Also, OSU men's basketball coach Thad Matta and senior J.J. Sullinger were spotted with a prospect believed to be Hillsborough (Fla.) Community College 6-9 forward Othello Hunter.
