Photo Gallery: More Combine Athletes Arrive

Mr. Bucknuts and myself started out the morning with a trip to the East practice site where he got to meet Coach Ted Ginn. After a short while, Mr. Bucknuts left for the airport and I left to head back to the hotel to be around for the All-American Combine check-in which began at 10 a.m. and lasted through about 6:30 p.m. I will continue to seek out other Ohio participants in the combine but here are the players I caught up with today. And I also have a couple San Antonio landmarks pictured.

I never had the time to visit The Alamo last year on a much shorter trip so I set some time aside this year. It's just a 10 minute walk from the Crowne Plaza hotel

Across the street from The Alamo is the Guiness World Records Museum...

...and Ripley's Haunted Adventure...

...and Davy Crockett's Tall Tales Interactive Outpost.

And here's another San Antonio landmark half way between the Crowne Plaza and The Alamo.

The famed River Walk in downtown San Antonio was drained this week but all the shops and sites remain open.
