Prospects Attend OSU Spring Game

Michigan standout Dionte Allen was one of the key prospects in attendance at Saturday's Scarlet and Gray Game at Ohio Stadium.

A number of prospects were in attendance at Saturday's Scarlet and Gray Game at Ohio State.

Signees in attendance included Jake Ballard, Dexter Larimore, Connor Smith, Tyler Moeller, Aaron Gant and Thaddeus Gibson.

Orchard Lake (Mich.) St. Mary's Prep CB Dionte Allen. Allen (6-0, 170, 4.4) already has offers from Florida State, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Notre Dame and OSU.

Canton McKinley's Zach Slagle and Tyrell McDonald (6-0, 288, current senior).

Also at the game was Indianapolis Pike junior-to-be OL-DE Cameron Lowry (6-6, 245), the son of former OSU linebacker Orlando Lowry.

One major 2006 prospect in for an official visit this weekend was Youngstown (Ohio) Mooney quarterback/wide receiver Derrell Johnson. Sources say, however, it may be at least a few more days until Johnson makes a college decision.
