Ohio High School Fantasy Draft: Day Five

Over the holiday season the recruiting analyst's on the site decided to have a little fun and test their knowledge of Ohio High School football by conducting a mock fantasy draft.

The football recruiting experts on the site decided to get together and have a little friendly competition.

When the recruiting rankings are finalized there is always a lot of debate over where the players are ranked. We decided to have an all positions fantasy draft to decide exactly where we would take this player when it came down to fielding a team. In the contest it is the Regional Experts (Bob Lichtenfels and Greg Powers) Vs. the Ohio Experts (Bill Greene and Dave Berk).

Obviously there is no way to factually determine a winner, so after we fill our rosters we will take it to the boards for a poll on who did the best job.

**** For the second round on each team will select their two players back to back. So what that means is each round now two players per team instead of one instead of one.

Roster Breakdown (Each roster must have one of the following):

RB-2

Bill: Another playmaker at WR. Doesn't have imposing size or speed, but wins football games. Makes plays at the end of games to win games.

Dave Berk: Just like a current receiver at Ohio State, Sanzenbacher will find his niche once he gets settled in at the college level.  Seems to find a way to make big plays when needed most and is best described as a "Winner".  Has compact moves and quick feet off the line that makes it hard to defend in press coverage.

Bill: Another speedy player who will play LB on this team. Could also play safety. Will get to the ball in a hurry and hit you when he gets there.

Dave Berk: I've been watching this kid since he was a sophomore at Dayton CJ.  Great athlete with size, power, explosion.  We took him as a linebacker but he could just as easy play receiver, running back or safety in college.  Game changer on either side of the ball.  Maybe the most underrated player in this class.

Bob: This kid is the best kept secret in the state. I heard Willy Korn still has nightmares about Jones chasing him from behind. I think a bunch of teams are sleeping on this kid, he is going to be a very good player at the next level.

Greg: Jones is a night and day type of player. He will even tell you that sometimes he is on fire, and sometimes he is not. He had the biggest game of his career on the national stage at the Herbstreit Challenge when everybody was watching. Yet another physical and tenacious player.

Bob: I like me a big receiver and who better to represent our squad than the most versatile tight end prospect in the Midwest. He can block and he can spread the middle of the field.

Greg: Hubbard may be the most impressive physical specimen in the state. He is long and broad with plenty of athleticism. If he was two ticks faster in the 40 he would be one of the most highly recruited receivers in the country. I think he has the base to add some weight and be a real weapon at Pitt.
