Trotwood-Madison is a hotbed of talent this year. One of the slickest receivers in Ohio is Roy Roundtree. He has picked up a few solid scholarship offers, but one may be sticking out a little more at this point. Could he be close to a decision?

Roy Roundtree, a 6-foot-2, 175-pound wide receiver from Trotwood-Madison High in Ohio reports that he could be making a commitment as soon as today.

"Recruiting has been going very good," Roundtree began to explain when asked what the latest news is. "I am really liking Purdue right now. I think that I will probably be making a commitment to them today."

"I went to a camp up there and I did very well. After they saw me perform they came in to the school and decided to offer. I really like the campus, and I just feel like it is a good opportunity."

Roundtree reports that he also holds official scholarship offers from Nebraska, West Virginia, Miami (Oh), Eastern Michigan and Toledo.

As a junior, Roundtree hauled in 48 passes for 851 yards and seven touchdowns to earn All-Conference honors.
