Stanley McClover from Dillard High School in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is one of the nation's most outstanding defensive line prospects.  He is rated as the #7 defensive end in America by, and he could most likely go to any school he'd like to go to.  Right now, he is in the process of sorting out what schools he'd like to visit.

"I am going to be at Michigan State for an official visit this weekend," he said. "I am also set up to visit North Carolina State on December 6th."

He mentioned Ohio State and others as candidates for the other visits.

"The other schools I am considering for the other 3 visits are Ohio State, Tennessee, Florida and Miami," he said. "I may visit Miami unofficially anyway. I have been there before."

Stanley's brother Darrell McClover is currently a linebacker for the Miami Hurricanes.  He didn't mention a favorite though.

"I can't say I have a favorite," he said. "I am still pretty open. I need to take my visits."

Stanley has tallied some impressive stats so far.

"I have 18 sacks in 7 games," he said. "40 tackles overall... couple of forced fumbles."

Stanley is also looking set with his test scores.

"I have taken both the ACT and SAT," he said.  "I have already qualified with a 19."

Stanley talked about Ohio State and a teammate he used to have who is currently doing well.

"I speak to coach Conley at Ohio State," he said. "I have a former teammate up there -- Chris Gamble. It doesn't surprise me at all what he is doing. He was always a playmaker."
