It All Comes Together for Fields

Chris Fields has been patiently waiting for his offer from the Ohio State Buckeyes and today he got the offer. It did not take him long to think things over as he has already pulled the trigger on his commitment.

Chris Fields, a 6-foot-0, 180-pound wide receiver from Harvey High in Painesville, Ohio got his offer and has committed to play for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

"I just got offered from Ohio State and I committed," Fields informed via text message.

Fields was tabbed as the unofficial NHSAC Combine MVP by the scouts that attended the even when he ran back-to-back 4.43 forty yard times, and appeared to be gliding. His running style is as smooth as silk and he does it effortlessly. He can jump, move extremely well laterally, and just has the "look" of a future star at wide receiver.

Fields also held offers from schools like Illinois, Kansas, Akron and Penn State.
