Catching Up With Jamie Wood

Jamie Wood and Storm Klein were hanging out together at Ohio Stadium for Friday's camp. We caught up with Jamie, and here is what the Pickerington Central star had to say about his summer and future at Ohio State.

How are things going right now?

"Things are going real good right now as I'm getting back into the swing of football and I'm training real hard getting ready to get back onto the field for the season."

Talk about the recruiting class and how quickly it's been growing.

"I knew the place I wanted to be at, but I didn't know if I was ever going to get the offer. To be a part of it now is just a dream come true and now we're just working to build a stronger class and continue the tradition."

How did you feel today when you walked into this stadium?

"There are not a lot of people here today, but I know its going to be crazy. Every home game I know we'll have the support of the fans and play in a packed stadium, and we're going to play our hearts out."

You're not coming to Ohio State by yourself, talk about your teammate Zach Boren and what fans should expect from him?

"Zach is a great guy and a hard nosed football player. He's going to carry over what he's done in high school to college and will help this team."

What type of goals have you set for this summer?

"I'm just going to continue to work hard. I want to get bigger and faster so I can help my team make some noise in the state championships this year. We have a lot of talent on our team and just getting together and working hard is what we do best."

What should fans expect out of you as a Buckeye?

"Hard work. I'm going to do whatever I can to help this team win."
