Saturday, August 21
Ohio State's preseason jersey scrimmage, pitting the offense vs. the defense for the right to wear scarlet jerseys during this season's practices, is this afternoon, and the Columbus Dispatch suggests the offense has the edge.

The offense will be without sophomore Marcus Hall this season. Ohio State released a statement Friday night saying Hall would take a redshirt this fall because of academic issues. The Dispatch and Cleveland Plain Dealer have the details.
