2018 Ohio Football Recruiting Prospects

Casey Thompson is a 4-star quarterback from Southmore High School in Moore, Okla., and is one of the hottest recruits for the class of 2018. He currently has offers from 23 schools and is awaiting an offer from Oregon. Note, he has a huge interest in Oregon because he grew up watching Marcus Mariota and Darron Thomas. The United Stars Showcase (formerly the Chicago Showcase) is set for the third year and after hosting some big time talents the past two camps, this year's may take the cake in terms of an array of talent from different states and regions.

Butler (PA) Area 3-star offensive lineman Jake Kradel had visited NC State a couple of times previously but had never had an opportunity to look at the academic side of the school. This past weekend he had a chance to do just that and he talked with Pack Pride shortly after returning home.
