The 6-7, 255-pound Moses led the Cowboys with 30 points and 18 rebounds, while Ray Penn (17 points), Keiton Page (13) and Matt Pilgrim (11) also scored in double figures.
The Cowboys had to rally from a 10-point second half deficit to send the game into overtime on a basket by Moses with 11 seconds remaining in regulation.
OSU held a slim two-point lead in the second overtime when Moses scored on a short jumper as the time clock was about to expire to give the Cowboys a four-point lead with 16 seconds remaining, and the road victory.
Moses finished with 30 points (on 12-of-22 shooting), 18 rebounds (7 offensive), 3 steals, 1 block and 1 assist while playing 40 minutes.
Page played 45 minutes – all but five minutes of the double overtime contest – and recorded 13 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 assists.
Penn finished with 17 points and 6 assists, while Pilgrim had 11 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals in his first start of the season. Darrell Williams added 8 points and 9 rebounds despite playing just 16 minutes because of foul trouble.
The Cowboys will be back in action Wednesday when they travel across the Cimarron Turnpike to face Tulsa at the BOK Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m.
