That means stand by sometime Tuesday night after 7 p.m. central time for the news. It would appear that Oklahoma State is in the running with Jackson's description of his visit this past weekend.
"It went really well, great visit," said Jackson, who caught a monster 62 passes for 934 yards and 16 touchdowns this season. "Coach (Jermial) Ashley showed me around campus and my player host was Jonathan Rush. He is a good guy, really interesting. The game was great and you can really tell Oklahoma State is on the rise. They are in the national spotlight for sure.
"The facilities are awesome, best I've ever seen," continued Jackson. "I'm a weight room guy and that is the best weight room I've ever seen. It's pretty sick, now Arkansas has a good weight room but that is the best weight room I've ever seen in my life."
Jackson said he went down on the field after the game, but stopped short of joining the masses on the field.
"I got down there and stood on the sideline," he said. "The craziness was there and I just soaked it up."
Jackson understands that Oklahoma State is back in the business of recruiting tight ends and understands how the tight end will fit in the Cowboys multiple spread offense. Now i is just down to a decision, which you get the feel that Jackson kind of has in his head, but is waiting to share with his coaches and teammates at Scottsdale on Tuesday night.
