"Coach (Van) Malone did a great job of showing me everything, well almost everything, some things weren't open on a Saturday. We saw a lot and I met with Terry Henley, the academic advisor. I'm looking at physical therapy (as a major). I loved it."
The hard-hitting safety, who said he was on his way home, said his summer has been spent working out and preparing for his senior season. On the night Sterns committed he went to go work out, so seeing the weight room was important.
"It was amazing, amazing," said Sterns. "It is a super facility and I look forward to using it."
Sterns said the rest of the summer will be spent prepping for the season. He said the talk has yet to begin as he and his Steele teammates will play fellow OSU 2013 commitment and standout defensive tackle Vincent Taylor and San Antonio Madison.
"The talk will probably start in a couple of weeks," said Sterns.
