Future Cowboys: How They Looked In Week 1

Marcell Ateman caught three touchdown passes in helping his Wylie East team to an impressive season-opening victory. Fred Ross had just two receptions and both went for scores in John Tyler High School's win. Those were the most impressive performances by Oklahoma State commits. Here's a look at this week's games involving OSU's 15 commits on the first full weekend of games across the nation.

Marcell Ateman, WR (6-4, 190)
East High School (Wylie, Texas)
This week's game: Ateman and his teammates opened the season in impressive fashion as the Cowboys commit caught six passes for 153 yards and three touchdowns in a 52-21 victory over Red Oak on Friday night. Ateman had TD catches of 42, 30 and 23 yards in the season opener.

ZACH CRABTREE, OL (6-7, 260)
Mansfield High School (Mansfield, Texas)
This week's game: Mansfield suffered a 59-43 loss to Arlington Bowie in Friday night's season opener.

This week's game: The Eagles opened the season last week with a 14-13 loss to Denver Mullen. Del Rio and his teammates will be looking to bounce back when they travel to Utah to face Bingham High School, which was ranked No. 24 in USA Today's Super Top 25 preseason rankings but dropped out after a season-opening 17-16 loss.

This week's game: Irving lost 46-42 when Dallas White scored a touchdown with 21 seconds remaining on Friday night.

This week's game: Morrow caught three passes for 61 yards, including a 21-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter, as Emporia defeated Shawnee Heights 27-21 on Friday night.
