A week ago, his deflection of a pass on a potential game-tying two-point conversion attempt saved Emporia's 21-19 victory over Topeka Seaman. On Friday night, he blocked what would have been a game-winning 35-yard field goal on the game's final play as No. 2 Emporia held on for a 36-35 victory over Topeka Seaman. Morrow's 27-yard touchdown catch on a fourth-and-13 play with 1:27 left to play brought the Spartans to within one point and a two-point conversion run by Dylan Jackson were the deciding points. Morrow had six catches for 121 yards (or maybe it was 134 yards, depending upon which account of the game you read), and one touchdown.
