Taylor Lewis Now Looking at OSU

DeSoto, Texas defensive back Taylor Lewis said Monday evening that he has decommitted from Kansas. "I have decommitted from Kansas, and I am looking at Oklahoma State, but right now I'm uncommitted," said the 6-0, 183-pound cornerback prospect with listed 4.49 speed.

"I've been talking to the coaches at Oklahoma State and trying to set things up," said Lewis, "but I won't do anything until after the quarterfinals, and hopefully the whole playoffs."

Lewis and his DeSoto Eagles teammates defeated Arlington Bowie last week 24-6 and this week will play Southlake Carroll in the Class 5A Division I quarterfinal game at 2 p.m. Saturday at SMU.

"I'm doing good," said Lewis. "You know everybody is a little beat up this time of year, but we're doing good at DeSoto and we're getting ready for Southlake."

The other semifinal on their side of the bracket is Dallas Skyline with Oklahoma State receiver commitment Ra'Shaad Samples going against powerhouse Allen.
