Tre Flowers Meets His New Teammates

Tre Flowers is a really talented defensive back who has been outstanding for powerhouse Converse Judson as he was recently selected to the San Antonio Express-News Super Team. The 6-3, 180-pound Flowers is excited about his future at Oklahoma State and the other players he will experience that with. Flowers was with his parents on his official visit to Oklahoma State this weekend.

"It went good, and I like how all the commitments were there and how we all know each other and got to know each other better this weekend," explained Flowers. "Yes, the food was good, real good, and the facilities are great. I was blown away by the facilities."

However, from our conversation you get the idea that meeting and hanging out with his future teammates was the best part of the weekend. His host was Cowboys redshirt freshman wide receiver Brandon Sheperd.

Flowers also told us that his family has been to this part of Oklahoma before since his older brother Rodney played defensive end at Langston. Flowers also has an older sister that is currently playing college basketball at South Florida, so the Flowers are a very athletic family.

Tre Flowers has been committed to Oklahoma State since late November over offers from the likes of Arizona State, Mississippi State, Kansas State, BYU, and Purdue.
