Asked about her son's recruiting situation she said, "he's not out anyplace visiting. He's here in Georgia and he's got to be out there with his friends. That's what he does when he's here. They got to be hanging out with friends."
When we brought up his recruiting situation and his commitment to Oklahoma State, Mrs. Hill was non-committal.
"I don't know anything about that," she said. "He knows about all that."
Hill is scheduled to visit Oklahoma State after Garden City's upcoming bowl game.
This season Hill carried 101 times for 659 yards, a 6.5 average, and five touchdowns. He also caught 32 passes for 532 yards, a 16.6 average, and six touchdowns. He is also expected to compete in track at sprint distances for OSU. Hill committed to Oklahoma State at the end of September.
