Jarrell Owens Visiting OSU This Weekend

It was uncertain if Oklahoma State would bring in any official visitors on the last weekend before National Signing Day next Wednesday. It's been confirmed through Twitter that the Cowboys will bring in four-star Scout prospect and TCU commitment Jarrell Owens from Palestine, Texas. Owens let everybody know of his weekend plans through his Twitter account.

@dreamchaser_903: Oklahoma State Visit In The A.M Tx?OK

@dreamchaser_903: This flight in the am got me like ????????

Those were two of the tweets that Owen sent out referencing the visit to Oklahoma State.

Owens is a two-time second team All-District 19-3A selection as a fullback. The 6-3, 240-pound athlete has unusual speed for his size with a 4.66 in the forty.

This past season he rushed 81 times for 678 yards with an average of 8.4 yards per carry. He scored six touchdown on the ground and caught two touchdown passes. He also made 23 tackles with six tackles for loss and he forced two fumbles.

Besides TCU, he also was offered by Texas Tech, Louisiana-Monroe, and Texas State.

We are not sure whether head coach Mike Gundy and his staff will be welcoming in any other visitors this weekend.
