The word was folks in Stillwater saw Tennessee State power forward M.J. Rhett out this weekend with players and coaches from the Oklahoma State basketball team. There was one sighting at Eskimo Joe's.

Tennessee State finished last season with a 5-23 record leading Rhett to look for another place to play after getting his diploma.

Rhett had 14 points, 5 rebounds and 3 blocks vs. Tennessee. and he had 16 points and 11 rebounds against Wichita State. Against Belmont, he had 10 points and 19 rebounds.

It won't be easy to get Rhett as he has offers from NCAA Tournament teams Tennessee, Wichita State, Villanova and New Mexico. In addition, Oklahoma State. Alabama, Georgia Tech, Minnesota, Miami, and Ole Miss also have offered.

Rhett is originally from Columbia, S.C., and Lower Richland High School.
