Michigan's Furman To Visit Oklahoma State

Michigan safety Josh Furman, a 6-2, 202-pound senior, is set to graduate and will transfer to another school where he will be eligible immediately. That plan worked out well for Oklahoma State last season when Kansas cornerback Tyler Patmon went that route.

Patmon enjoyed a strong season and went to the first bowl game of his collegiate career in the Cotton Bowl.

Furman has enjoyed bowl games and last season played in eight games, starting three for the Wolverines while making 11 tackles and breaking up one pass.

Originally from Annapolis, Md., Furman is scheduled to visit this weekend when the Cowboys hold their spring Orange Blitz practice in front of the fans.

No word on the other schools that Furman is considering.
