OSU Arrives For Cowboys Classic

ARLINGTON, Texas - The Oklahoma State Cowboys followed a very short flight from Stillwater early Friday evening with a short workout in AT&T Stadium. Oklahoma State held its Friday meetings and walk thru early in the afternoon in Stillwater and then had a big dinner before going to Stillwater Municipal Airport for the United Airline charter flight to DFW International.

The team spent no more than 40 minutes at the stadium just to get out on the field and move around a little. The quarterbacks, receivers and defenders were able to see what the lighting situation will be through the windows on either end of the stadium at right around the kickoff time of 7 p.m. Saturday.

Player were allowed to relax and visit with family back at the hotel after checking in. There were a few former players that were there to greet the team as Nick Rockwell, Brandon Webb, and Cleveland Browns top draft choice and starting cornerback Justin Gilbert flew in for the game. All of the former OSU Cowboys now playing for the Dallas Cowboys are expected to be at the game on Saturday.

Everybody that came out of fall camp healthy has stayed that way and will be available for the game with Florida State.

the players had a snack of sandwiches and cereal on Saturday night with plenty of Gatorade. Lights out and the ability to sleep in as the team will have a long wait until the 7 p.m. kickoff on Saturday.
