Ware, who rushed for over 2,430 yards this season with 34 touchdowns, said he is still committed to USC, where he pledged in the summer and took his official visit to Los Angeles in the fall.
"Not much," answered Ware when asked what was going on. "Yes, I'm thinking I might take a couple of visits."
He did not say to what schools but he did confirm that Oklahoma State is a school that is still recruiting him. I also asked him about Cedar Hill teammate in wide receiver DaMarkus Lodge, who sent a Twitter message earlier this week that read "#gopokes."
"I don't know what he meant with that," Ware said. "I know he hasn't committed and I know Oklahoma State is also recruiting him. It could be he set up a visit."
Ware and Lodge were both major forces on the Longhorns team that won another state championship in December in a tight game with Katy.
"We are down to three different ring designs," Ware said of picking out the ring that will mark the championship from his senior season. "It's fun."
