The 6-2, 220-pound Warren is ranked as Scout’s No. 2 running back in the nation. As a senior at Rockwall High School this past season he ran for 2,320 rushing yards and 34 touchdowns on 250 carries (a 9.3 yards per carry average).
“The visit was fine. Not really anything new for me, not much to tell. I knew most of what I needed to know from my previous visits to Oklahoma State. This was about being around recruited players. That was a good experience,” said Warren, who played in the U.S. All-American Game.
Current OSU freshman running back Sione Palelei was Warren’s host for his official visit.
OSU was the second of four official visits that the standout running back will make. He visited Texas in December, made the trip to Stillwater this weekend and still has visits to Texas Tech and Washington scheduled before making his decision.
“Yes, I’ll go to Tech next week and Washington the next,” Warren said. “I don’t know why everybody assumes Texas is the leader. I’m considering every school I’m visiting.
“I think I’ll know where I’m going during my Washington visit. I will announce signing day.”
