Each recruiting cycle, the Cowboys prove to do a solid job of locating and landing talent within the Lone Star State, and this year's class is no different.
Oklahoma State's 2016 class is comprised of fifteen players, of which seven hail from the state of Texas: quarterback Nick Starkel, offensive linemen Ryan McCollum and Dylan Galloway, defensive backs A.J. Green and Madre Harper, defensive lineman Jonathan Marshall, and athlete La'Darren Brown.
Two of those prospects, Brown and Green, are from De Soto high school, a Texas powerhouse that could be a huge pipeline for Oklahoma State to form.
Midlands recruiting analyst Gabe Brooks discusses the group and why he believes the trend will continue for the Cowboys, above.
