Keondre Wudtee and Devon Modster may visit Oklahoma State in January

Keondre Wudtee from Bossier City (Parkway), La., and Devon Modster out of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., are Oklahoma State's top quarterback targets and may be visiting on Jan. 15.

It is still a "dead period" in NCAA Division I college football recruiting and will be until Thursday of next week when the window down the stretch to signing day opens up. On that very first weekend Oklahoma State will welcome in over 20 verbally committed as well as several actively pursued prospects, including two quarterbacks expected on the guest list classify as actively pursued.

Right now it is still the two quarterbacks offered that Oklahoma State is on and both are listening and set to visit. Bossier City (Parkway), La., standout Keondre Wudtee also plays basketball but the 6-4, 190-pound dual threat quarterback is really talented and can develop even more with some work on his throwing technique. He has a strong arm and is immensely athletic.

He has de-committed from Louisiana Tech and will visit Oklahoma State on Jan. 15, with a visit to TCU scheduled for Jan. 22, and Louisiana Tech the final weekend before signing day.

Devon Modster out of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. has now de-committed from his original choice in Arizona.

"Life is about making tough decisions and being able to live with the decisions you have made," Modster wrote on his Twitter account. "My family and I have decided it was best if I de-commit from Arizona and open my recruiting process back up to insure I have made the right choice for my future. I would like to thank all of the coaches and fans at Arizona for all the support they gave."

Modster is hoping to lock into visiting Oklahoma State, likely that same weekend of Jan. 15. The 6-1, 210-pound dual threat quarterback also received an offer from Syracuse this week.
