Mike Gundy makes final pitch to Tramonda Moore

Oklahoma State is not expecting any official visitors on the final weekend before National Signing Day, but the Cowboys are still hoping to finish strong.

Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy was visiting All-State lineman Tramonda Moore at Oklahoma City John Marshall High School on Thursday. Moore kind of dwarfs the Cowboys head coach. Moore wore an Oklahoma State shirt for the occasion so that is good news for Cowboys fans.

Gundy and the Oklahoma State coaches will come off the road sometime this weekend. I don't think Oklahoma State is hosting any official visitors on the final weekend.

Their scholarship situation dictates that the Cowboys close out with what fans are expecting in adding maybe Moore, Edmond Santa Fe hybrid "star" linebacker Calvin Bundage, and Bossier City (Parkway), La., quarterback Keondre Wudtee. There could also be another addition, like a receiver.

I think the situations with Tyrell Alexander having visited Arkansas last weekend and any uncertainties elsewhere have straightened out. However, you never know and while Oklahoma State is not bringing in any visitors other schools will and they will be trying to steal on the final weekend.

I have never, nor will I ever orchestrate fans recruiting efforts with social media. I see it go on. I saw it go on in a major way last season with former OSU running back commit and now standout USC freshman All-American Ronald Jones during the time he de-committed from Oklahoma State and changed to the Trojans.

In this day and age of free communication through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram it is worth noting that going into the final weekend these are the players that I would guess, outside of the still active recruiting on Wudtee and Bundage, schools will take shots at this weekend:
Tramonda Moore, OL/DL, Oklahoma City John Marshall
Teven Jenkins, OL, Topeka, Kansas
Dylan Galloway, OL, Coppell, Texas
Jonathan Marshall, DE, Shepherd, Texas
Devin Harper, LB/Ath., Knoxville (Karns), Tenn.
A.J. Green, CB, Desoto, Texas
Rodarius Williams, CB, Shreveport (Calvary Baptist), La.

You don't have to worry about Amen Ogbongbemiga and a lot of schools will be upset they missed on him. Amen is in Arlington, Texas and set to play in the 2016 International Bowl on the Canadian side at 3 p.m. Sunday. Watch on ESPN3.
