Scouting Report and Projection: Much like Larry Williams on the offensive side coming from Hutchinson Community College in Kansas, Webber comes from the wide open and wild offensive league in the SWJCFC as a full-fledged defensive end capable and experienced in creating havoc for opposing quarterbacks. Webber can do it all. The Cowboys weight program and strength staff will help him as he needs to get a bit bigger and stronger but his speed and explosion is right there and he will be an immediate impact player with pass rush. It really will help that he has played a style of football in junior college that so closely mirrors what he will see in the Big 12.
