Spencer Misko Climbing Up The Pokes List

Defensive end prospect Spencer Misko from Keller, Texas is one player who impressed the Oklahoma State coaching staff during the Mary Hardin-Baylor satellite camp tour.

One of the prospects at the L.D. Bell High School stop on the Mary Hardin-Baylor satellite camp tour that drew plenty of attention including from the Oklahoma State coaches was Keller defensive end Spencer Misko.

Misko is a very athletic 6-5, 235 pounds as he ran a 4.77 in the forty and broad jumped 9 feet, 11 inches. He also ran an impressive 4.31 in the 5-10-5 shuttle. The 2017 prospect sees himself as a strongside defensive end and he has had recruiting attention from Texas and offers from several schools.

He is expected to make the trek up to Stillwater for a mini-camp on Sunday and show off for the Cowboys coaches again.

Misko looked good in drills working on defense on Saturday night. He was a 2nd Team All-District selection as a sophomore when he made 25 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 2 fumbles caused. Last season he had 27 tackles, 7 tackles for loss including 4 sacks, and a fumble recovered.

Misko has all the tools and I really expect his recruiting to take off, and I think Oklahoma State may be very close to extending an offer. We spoke to him after the camp at L.D. Bell.
