Anenih Makes A Saturday Stop In Stillwater

Defensive end prospect David Anenih of Mansfield (Timberview), Texas made a stop in Stillwater on Saturday to watch the Oklahoma State Cowboys practice.

Mansfield (Timberview), Texas defensive end David Anenih is seeing his recruiting heat up with a new offer from Colorado State and reportedly Texas Tech. Those go along with the offers from Oklahoma State, East Carolina, Kansas State, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Rice, Southern Miss, UTSA, and Tulane.

Saturday the 6-3, 225-pound Anenih was in Stillwater visiting Oklahoma State on Fan Appreciation Day and Media Day. The Cowboy staff had to work hard to keep Anenih separated from the over 130 Extreme Campers, many alumni, that noticed the prospect being shown around and would have loved to sat him down with his family and explained why he should commit to the Cowboys.

It was an interesting schedule as Anenih and his party would be in one part of the West End Zone while the campers would be on another floor or the other side. They also kept Aneniah on the other side of the field when the Cowboys were going through their Saturday walk through.

Anenih appears to be high on Oklahoma State as he has been playing them as much attention as any school that has offered recently. Last season at Timberview, he had 43 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, and three sacks.

Anenih is at least Twitter friends with Cowboy defensive end commitment Nelson Mbanasor of Pflugerville Hendrickson, and Mbanasor has encouraged Anenih on Twitter to join him on that list. Mbanasor is @Nelson_Mbanasor and Anenih is @DAnenih
