OSU-SE Louisiana Postgame: Mason Rudolph

Mason Rudolph was pleased with how Oklahoma State's offense performed in Saturday's 61-7 victory over Southeastern Louisiana.

Mason Rudolph says Oklahoma State wanted to make a statement in Saturday's season opener against Southeastern Louisiana. The Cowboys offense was slow to start games a year ago, and the junior quarterback says getting off to a good start was a point of emphasis against Southeastern Louisiana.

Mission accomplished. The Cowboys scored 21 points in the first 6:50 of the game to take an early lead over the Lions. OSU would take a 31-0 lead before Southeastern Louisiana would score, and the Cowboys would roll to a 61-7 victory.

Rudolph was 18 of 26 passing for 188 yards and two touchdowns, both to Jhajuan Seales, but played sparingly after the Cowboys pulled away.
