With OSU starting Big 12 play this week, there is lots to talk about. Game matchups, coaching matchups, the intangibles, but let's take a second to talk about the life of a Cowboy footballer ... off the field.
What’s it really like to be a student-athlete at Oklahoma State? I talked to a couple Cowboys to get some answers. I will be featuring a few of them every week during the season to get their perspectives on the best, the worst, and the hardest moments of life while being at Oklahoma State and wearing the orange.
This week I spoke with a couple of Cowboys, including Mason Rudolph. Being a high profile athlete on campus may not be as glamorous as it always seems. Mason takes all his classes online because of his rigorous football schedule, but when does make it to campus fellow students are always nice and supportive toward him.
Mason shared what he does after a Cowboy victory and how his parents share a common bond with his teammate’s parents through their son's love for football.
